Self-help Write diary
Writing down thoughts, emotions and experiences helps many people to process what they have been through. Try to allow at least 15 minutes’ time for yourself once a week for the next four weeks. Write down everything that comes into your mind. Whatever the subject, whether sad or pleasant, an everyday event or something out of the ordinary, everything is allowed! It may concern experiences and events from your past, from the present or the future. They can be purely imaginary. You can write about your relationships with other people or about yourself. You can write down questions, wishes or your worries. There is no right or wrong. Don’t worry about correct writing, grammar or spelling. There’s only one rule: start writing!
