Think about what your strong points are. What you’re good at, what you’ve learned, what gives you strength. Try and summon these qualities in yourself and incorporate them in your day-to-day life. Hope is a major source of strength at times when life is difficult. What gives you hope? Try and talk to other people so you can discuss your hopes. Sit down somewhere quiet and think about this.
Even when life is so difficult, you are allowed to laugh. Lots of people won’t allow themselves to do so because they have a guilty conscience. However laughing costs nothing, is infectious and a good source of strength.
